When it was served, the aroma was so fragrant. The rice had stir-fried basil with minced pork, crispy fried duck egg, soft inside, no oil, and the egg yolk was runny like lava. The soup tasted like a milder miso soup with fish sauce and chili. I ate it with cucumber, pickled radish, and pickled carrot. The stir-fried basil with minced pork was a bit salty, but when sprinkled with crispy chili that was served with it, it went well together. My boyfriend ordered stir-fried basil with beef at the champion spicy level🐮. When it was served, there was beef rinds sprinkled on top. It smelled so good. When eating, the spiciness gradually got hotter and hotter. It wasn't sweet at all. It had a nice aroma of chili and pan.
