It had a Japanese-style seasoning, homemade pancetta, and plenty of Itoshima vegetables. There were so many vegetables that they might have outnumbered the noodles 🥬 The meal also came with salad, bread, and soup 🥗 The bread was refillable, which was a nice touch! The soup was a pumpkin soup, and the salad dressing was made with beets 🩷 The restaurant was fully booked and bustling with customers! Thank you for the delicious meal 🙏
