It is said to have been built over a period of about 600 years, starting in 1248. It was preserved by the Magi and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.☺️ In fact, there is nothing special to see in Cologne other than this cathedral, but this cultural asset alone is worth visiting!
