I went to Zhangzhou Dongshan Island on the second day of the May Day holiday. There was no traffic jam along the way, but there were too many vehicles in the scenic area, so traffic control was implemented about 1.5 kilometers away from the beach 🏝️, and the car had to park far away. Walk to Nanmen Bay, the beach here is relatively small, but the sea water 🌊 is very blue, and tourists are also concentrated in this area. Walk from the food street, and there are tourists sitting around the embankment all the way. The scenery is nice, but it is really crowded and sunny! Walk to the filming location of the movie "Left Ear", 🌿South View Terrace. Here you need to go through the alley and walk up the stone stairs to "go up the mountain". It feels a bit like a mountain town. There are many people on the way to the coffee shop. Walk up a little bit, walk to the back of the temple, and then go up one level to the terrace. There are few people here, and it is also good to take pictures from a high place. In general, it is quite comfortable to visit Dongshan Island during non-holidays. The experience is not so good during holidays. I didn’t get to eat the fragrant ginger duck I wanted to eat because there were too many people.
