Throughout, there are relief murals (including a magnificent 99 m long, 3.3 m high relief depicting Shennong tasting herbs), peaceful courtyard pavilions, and real medicinal plants—1,000+ species, including toxic varieties like Gelsemium elegans and Antiaris toxicaria .
