It was a weekend holiday, so today I went to Tsim Sha Tsui with my friends to have lunch at Kaboom, a beautiful Thai resort restaurant❗ The restaurant is beautifully decorated with exquisite Thai resort style. It is high above the ground and offers a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. The environment is elegant and comfortable! Our group of 2 people ordered 2 lunches for $258@ 1️⃣Appetizer - SEARED SESAME CRUSTED TUNA This is a black and white sesame tuna. The tuna is thick and chewy, and the fish meat is tender and very fresh and sweet. 2️⃣Appetizer - HAND CUT BEEF TARTARE This is a hand-cut beef tartar, served with precious caviar. The beef is tender and fragrant, and the flavor is rich and delicious. 3️⃣Main course - GO BIG GO KABOOM! This dish contains half a roasted spring chicken, paired with fresh herbs and appetizing sweet fresh vegetables. The chicken is tender and smooth, with a rich flavor and a rich and delicious combination. 4️⃣Main course-STONE GRILLED NEW ZEALAND RIBEYE STEAK This is a carefully selected stone grilled New Zealand ribeye steak, served with roasted fresh vegetables and herb potatoes, with a rich gravy. The ribeye steak is tender and juicy, easy to cut, and very delicious. 5️⃣Soup of the Day - Tomato Soup The soup of the day is a tomato soup that is appetizing and smooth, with a fresh and appetizing taste.
