After the movie, it was time for dinner. My friend and I always enjoy cafe hopping, so we headed to this bohemian-style cafe nearby. The cafe is two stories high and has plenty of card-reading booths. The entrance is decorated in a holiday-style style, and the staircase features Easter decorations. Also worth noting is a private nook on the second floor that can accommodate about 10 people, perfect for a small birthday party or bridal shower. We ordered an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert. The "Winter Warmth" triple cheese fondue 🫕 was heavenly. The melted cheese had a slightly salty flavor that complemented all the ingredients perfectly. Because cheese burns if heated too high, it was cooked slowly, and the accompanying ingredients were all pre-cooked. There were six ingredients: potatoes 🥔, cherry tomatoes, shrimp 🦐, broccoli 🥦, toast, and diced beef tongue. The pasta 🍝 was beautifully presented. The crab 🦀️ shell is stuffed with crab meat and topped with a layer of semi-melted toasted cheese. The hand-rolled pasta has a delicious texture, and the creamy mentaiko sauce is deliciously sweet. The pistachio milk soufflé pancake is airy, fluffy, and rich in egg flavor. The milk is smooth and creamy.
