Moreover, this restaurant has several signature dishes that are very attractive in appearance. The murals in the restaurant are also very impressive and full of artistic colors. Flame Roasted Chicken (HKD 208) The chicken is served whole, upright, before being doused in alcohol and set on fire. You can smell a very fragrant aroma instantly. After it is cooked, the waiter will take it back to the kitchen to cut it into pieces before serving it on the table. The skin is crispy, and the meat is very tender and juicy. It's tasty even without the sauce, and the portion is quite generous. Curry Trio (HKD 218) comes with a garlic bun. There are three types of curry: yellow, red and green, and each one is delicious.
