Pizza Time 🍕

Pizza Maru has opened in Kai Tak~ The mall is crowded during the holidays, the flow is good. Luckily I was seated a little early, then it was full soon. Ordered two kinds of food. Squid ink seafood risotto $183. The pasta is cooked soft and hard, and the cuttlefish sauce is rich and layered. The seafood ingredients are very fresh, with octopus🐙, crab roe and mussels. Duck pizza $158 is really special, the pizza base is toasted crispy, the ingredients are duck slices, onions🧅, cherry tomatoes, cheese🧀. The sauce is seasoned just right, sweet and salty, the cheese is fragrant enough, with some smoked duck slices, the flavor is rich. For drinks, Orange Juice uses fresh orange juice.
