Hong Kong Store Visit: Ginza Enzo Yakiniku Lai Chi Kok

Haven't had Japanese BBQ in a long time, so after work tonight I went to Ginza Enzo Yakiniku at D2 Place. The restaurant features Japanese-style decor, spacious seating, and is clean and tidy. [Wagyu 6-Point Platter] All rare cuts of Wagyu, each with unique fat ratios, meat flavors, and textures. My favorite is the Wagyu feather blade, which is tender with rich fat, giving a full sense of happiness with every bite. The Wagyu inside round has less fat but a strong meat flavor. [Dream Land Pork Three Flavors] Dream Land pork from Hokkaido, with evenly distributed fat and a pinkish meat color. The texture is tender and smooth with a slightly sweet fat, clearly different from regular pork, very high quality. [Japanese Chicken Three Flavors] Japanese chicken, including the rare chicken neck tender, which is elastic and juicy. The other chicken thigh and breast meats are rich in flavor. [Seafood Three Flavors] Shrimp, scallops, and squid. My favorite is the squid, which is moist and tender. This is rarely found in restaurants, and this time it was served whole, large and very satisfying. Overall, very high quality, perfect for picky eaters like me.
