Recently, I visited the 28th Anniversary Exhibition of Hong Kong’s Handover at Victoria Park and felt a strong festive atmosphere. The exhibition focused on culture and innovation, featuring about 100 small panda installations that were lively and adorable. The giant egg tart and dai pai dong designs were full of Hong Kong characteristics, evoking collective memories and attracting many locals and tourists to stop and take photos. The event also showcased the achievements of the country’s high-quality development, highlighting the close connection between Hong Kong and the mainland. The event was free for three days, with creative decorations throughout the venue, brimming with a festive spirit. It not only displayed Hong Kong’s cultural charm but also inspired hope for the future.
