First visit since the reopening of Hung Yuen This is the place where "Lucky Dragon" was filmed 🎬 The ice room still retains its nostalgic charm And there are even more photo spots now Such as the big signboard/classic stained glass lamps, etc. Of course, the food still keeps the authentic Hong Kong style 🍴 XO Sauce Dry-Fried Beef Ho Fun Never thought adding XO sauce to dry-fried beef ho fun would take it to another level ⤴️ The flavor is more fragrant and savory. There’s plenty of beef, and it’s quite tender. What I like most is that the overall dish doesn’t feel greasy. Lazy Tossed Noodles Simply put, it’s instant noodles 🙂↕️ The toppings are ham, luncheon meat, and sausage, perfect for my kid-like appetite. But the surprise is that the "lazy tossed" noodles look so neat and pretty, served neatly on a plate. The noodles are thick and have a chewy texture.
