The dish was truly stunning when served—the whole eel was plump and thick, with tender and smooth meat. Pouring the hot, rich shrimp soup into the rice 🦐 was incredibly fresh and sweet; every bite was a taste of happiness! 💖 I upgraded for an extra $21 to get the "Iced Pineapple Agar Soda" 🍍, which is definitely a must-order in summer! The sweet pineapple flavor combined with the chewy agar jelly is refreshing and helps cut the richness❄️. The appetizer "Seafood Tempura Platter" 🦐🦪 featured golden crispy fried shrimp and Hiroshima oysters, with the oysters being plump and juicy. My husband ordered the "Pork Cutlet Set Meal" 🐷, which was equally excellent—the pork cutlet had a thin, crispy batter, juicy meat that wasn’t dry, paired with Japanese pork cutlet sauce and salad 🥗, classic and delicious!
