The food at this Chinese restaurant is of high quality! We ordered the "Super Value Mantis Shrimp Combo" for $298, which includes four salt and pepper mantis shrimps and half a chicken. Additionally, we got the Singapore-style fried vermicelli with fresh shrimp. The restaurant even gave us complimentary mango sago dessert, which made the meal incredibly satisfying! The salt and pepper mantis shrimps were fried to perfection—crispy and flavorful. The shrimps were large, fresh, and had a sweet, bouncy texture. The seasoning was just right, making them irresistibly delicious! As for the half chicken, it had a glossy appearance, with tender and juicy meat. The chicken flavor was rich and satisfying. The Singapore-style fried vermicelli was served in a generous portion, stir-fried to a dry texture without being overly greasy. The shrimp was firm and fresh, and the curry flavor was aromatic and full of wok hei (the essence of stir-frying). Lastly, if you post on IG or FB, you get a complimentary mango sago dessert.
