🫧Such a dreamy afternoon tea! 🍹Today, I went to "Pondside" with my besties to enjoy a romantic afternoon tea. For the first time, Pondside has collaborated with Chagee, inspired by their new tea "Summer Dream Rose Melon," to launch the "Summer Dream Afternoon Tea" three-tier set. The colorful ingredients, combined with Pondside's dining ambiance, overlooking the pond and waterfall in Hong Kong Park, make it truly enchanting! 🍈The "Summer Dream Afternoon Tea" features dishes made with melon and oolong tea. The oolong tea soft-boiled egg is incredibly tender, with a unique oolong tea flavor that is very appetizing. The savory Spanish ham paired with sweet melon is a refreshing combination. There’s also crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside shrimp toast. 🧁For desserts, there’s oolong tea chocolate mousse, strawberry pistachio tart, melon with strawberry cream, and more. The melon is fresh and delightfully refreshing. Of course, no afternoon tea is complete without classic English scones, served with cream and organic jam—so satisfying!
