Hot Dishes & Specialties The Boston lobster poached in cream, butter, and white wine in the hot food section is a must-try. The lobster meat absorbs the aroma of the white wine and butter, resulting in a rich yet non-greasy texture. Chinese seafood dishes like black pepper crab meat and steamed shrimp with sticky rice in a bamboo basket with Hua Diao sauce are also standouts. The abalone and scallops in the robatayaki section are cooked fresh, creating an alluring aroma. Meat & Desserts The grilled whole grain-fed ribeye and grilled lamb saddle are excellent.
