Dining in Sheung Wan | Sofi PASTA Co. | Recommended Black Truffle and Mushroom Noodle Rolls

I recently went to Sofi in Sheung Wan for lunch. This popular little place is about a two-minute walk from Exit A2 of Sheung Wan MTR Station. Lunch starts at 11:30 AM. The "Grandma Sophie's Cold Brew Tea" that came with the meal was delicious. Don't be fooled by the empty seats in the back; the mezzanine floor quickly filled up. The soup, appetizer, and curly noodles arrived together. The "good soup" was a sweet pumpkin soup, which was truly delicious. The appetizer was garlic shrimp; the shrimp were crisp and the garlic flavor was rich. The black truffle and mushroom curly noodles were fragrant as soon as they arrived. The black truffle and mushroom were generous in size. It was my first time trying curly noodles with waffles, and I loved their chewy texture. No wonder they've become so popular recently.
