This time I went to a small shop located in New Era Plaza. The environment was decorated with flowers and plants, which made people feel comfortable. The food is mainly scattered, and new products will be launched from time to time. - ▪︎Hot chestnut coffee HKD$44 This is a new product, available in cold and hot options. I ordered the hot drink because it tastes better. The coffee is topped with plenty of cream, and decorated with syrup and chestnuts. Chestnut coffee has a sweet taste and is a coffee with a winter feel. - ▪︎Rose Lychee Apple Soda HKD$48 The drink is also a new product, with a gradient appearance and rose petals as embellishment. The taste is better when stirred evenly, and it tastes sour and sweet, and feels like a more refreshing drink. - ▪︎Japanese-style braised cuttlefish cakes HKD$78 An attractive snack, the presentation is a bit like takoyaki, and there are four pieces in one serving. It tastes delicious when eaten hot and spicy, the cuttlefish cakes have a chewy texture, and the sauce is rich and slightly salty. - ▪︎Canadian Maple Syrup Waffles HKD$78 This is the store's recommendation. This one comes with two pieces, and maple syrup and almonds are evenly sprinkled on the surface.
