The appetizer was taro, cut into perfectly bite-sized pieces—a thoughtful touch. The miso soup, with burdock, white radish, and carrots, was rich and flavorful, but the carrots seemed undercooked and not tender enough. The stone rice came with Korean sauce and kimchi. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the onions and wild mushrooms added a nice texture. The rice was a bit dry. The dessert was Apple Crumble, with a strong floury flavor and a layer of apple flesh, a sweet and blissful feeling. We ordered hot lemon tea, which was rich and fragrant, even comparable to afternoon tea at a five-star hotel. Atmosphere: The interior décor is antique, reminiscent of Japanese historical sites. Glass windows offer views of the outside, and the outdoor furniture and stonework combine modern and Japanese influences. The tableware, napkins, and mask covers are neatly arranged, and the light wood tables are a perfect example of Japanese style. Service: When the appetizers, salads, and miso soup were served, the waiters meticulously seated us and offered a friendly "please enjoy your meal." Their service was attentive. When the main courses arrived, the waiters attentively reminded us of the high temperature of the stone nest.
