On Sunday, mother and son went to Ocean Park. A friend suggested going to Bingji Restaurant (often jokingly called the "Penguin 🐧 Restaurant" because you can dine while overlooking a corner of the penguin house). A friend taught me how to use The Gulu app to get the ticket first, and then play while waiting in line. 😆 I picked up the ticket around 11:00 and was able to take a seat at 15:50. It’s usually like this on Sundays, any restaurant with a bit of class in the park will have a long queue 😅! The mother and son ordered a plate of Ice-Chill Mixed Steak ($308) and a plate of Salted Egg Yolk French Fries ($98), with an extra charge of surcharge. Miscellaneous steaks include beef, pork, chicken and fish. The best fish is the sea bass, the meat is snow-white and smooth, and it is delicious when served with lobster sauce! 😋The chicken chop and beef chop were both just okay, but the pork chop was a bit too overcooked! 😥 It is worth noting that the mixed steak meal is only served with vegetables, not rice or pasta. The melons and vegetables are all fried, without any grassy taste, and are fragrant, soft and fresh. 🥰 The salted egg yolk fries are a bit salty, but they are obviously fried on the spot, so they are crispy and delicious 🤩! The drinks are a bit expensive, a glass of soda costs $38, a special drink costs $60, and plain water is free, which is actually more suitable for children. 😌 The selling point of the museum is watching the penguins eat. In fact, there are only five or six tables where you can sit and watch the penguins. For the rest, you have to walk to the front and go to the glass to watch. But it’s exciting enough for kids!
