It was even better than I expected, and I was moved! In a space that blends tradition and quality, it felt as if time was flowing slowly. The specialty "Genroku Bath" had an atmosphere that made me feel like I had traveled back in time to the Edo period, and it soothed both my body and mind. And then there was the soft-shelled turtle dish that I had been looking forward to - it was absolutely delicious! With no unpleasant odor, the bouncy flesh, full of collagen, melted in my mouth. Soft-shelled turtles are said to be good for nutrition, but they also taste and look exquisite, making them a true "edible beauty serum." All the fatigue of my travels disappeared in an instant. Dining while looking out at the beautiful garden, and receiving such heartfelt hospitality, it was a special experience that could only be experienced here.
