I participated in the foam roller class and meditation program, and thanks to the professional guidance and relaxing atmosphere, I felt both my body and mind unwind. The swimming pool and spa, while not very large, were well-maintained with a comfortable water temperature, allowing for a pleasant experience. For dinner, I dined at the resort's restaurant, Café Roche. The ambiance of the space was lovely, but more importantly, the food was absolutely delicious, leaving me highly satisfied.
