We had our buffet dinner at レストラン 森の詩 (Restaurant Mori no Uta) as part of our half-board stay in Hokkaido, and it was a lovely experience that truly showcased the flavors of the region. The name translates to “Poem of the Forest,” and it really felt like a poetic meal surrounded by nature’s bounty. The restaurant served a generous buffet featuring seasonal dishes made from locally sourced ingredients.
