Yesssss. If you all want to know, UTAR stand for University Tungku Abdul Rahman. State in Kampar Perak. And of course, not a goverment university. But, the interesting part of UTAR is, there are some places that public can go. Such as their garden, park, lake, bamboo structure. You can do activities like jog, picnic, photoshoot and else. You just can get into this place by postguard, and park in front of the park. Its free. There are a lot of parking.
