🤩 Kwun Tong Food and Beverage Semi-buffet Dinner

🧧 Of course we have to eat something sumptuous during Chinese New Year. On the recommendation of a friend, we went to Deng Tang in Kwun Tong for a semi-buffet dinner. Dinner starts from $298 for pasta entrees and $328 for meat entrees, plus an all-you-can-eat salad bar, all at reasonable prices. 🥗 The salad bar has a wide variety of choices, frozen seafood includes snails, frozen shrimps, mussels, squid sashimi, several types of frozen meat, ham, smoked salmon, 3 types of pre-made salads and fruits, cooked food includes chicken wings, mushrooms, roasted corn and pumpkin soup, and there are also cookies and candies. It is really rich. To be honest, for a girl who likes to eat a lot, the salad bar alone is enough to make her full. Since the salad bar was very rich and I wanted to leave room for more, I chose two meat dishes for the main course. 🐟 Pan-fried Scottish salmon fillet $328 The presentation is really exquisite, with a circle of grilled sauce on the white round plate, the pan-fried salmon placed on the side dishes, and garnished with salmon roe, which looks eye-catching. The salmon skin is fried crispy, the meat remains tender, and the crispy taste of the salmon roe adds layers of flavor, making it unforgettable. 🐑 Roasted New Zealand lamb saddle with pistachio and baoyunsu lamb sauce (Main course + $60) Another equally outstanding main course is the Roasted New Zealand Lamb Saddle, which uses lamb saddles with less fat and is cooked to medium rare. The meat is sweet and juicy. The most surprising thing is that the outer layer of the lamb saddle is covered with crispy pistachios and baoyunsu.
