Tibet Travel 🧳

An eight-day, seven-night trip to Tibet. From Lhasa to Shigatse to Mount Everest. Passing altitudes of 3,700-5,000 meters. The scenery along the way is breathtaking. And oxygen supply is really needed😂. Although I took Rhodiola rosea and stopped exercising early, I still had some symptoms of altitude sickness. If you have travel companions who want to go, I still hope you pay attention to your physical condition. This time I joined the Dream Back to Tibet group.
