Xinjiang - Tarim Poplar Forest Park (Leisure Farm)

Tarim Poplar Forest Park is located in Luntai County, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. It is one of China's most well-preserved and largest poplar forest reserves. October is the most beautiful season for the poplar forest, as the entire sea of trees turns golden. Under the reflection of the blue sky and Tarim River, it presents a poetic and magnificent landscape unique to the western region, earning the title of "China's ultimate autumn scenery." The park features viewing platforms, wooden boardwalks, and a sightseeing train, allowing visitors to admire the diverse and stunning forms of the poplar trees up close. Near the park entrance, there is a leisure farm area called "Poplar Home," which combines accommodation and dining. It offers ethnic-style delicacies such as roasted whole lamb, large plate chicken, milk tea, and naan bread.
