The beef slab tendon is firm and chewy, and tastes good with the special sauce. This set allows you to choose your own sauce, choosing apple barbecue juice, grapefruit pepper juice and lemon salt. Each sauce is delicious, the apple barbecue sauce is sweet and tart, the grapefruit pepper sauce carries a hint of spiciness, and the lemon salt is fresh, and it goes really well with the beef. Another set is Japanese A4 Wagyu Broiler and Beef Sirloin. These two beefs are of good quality and very satisfying. Japanese A4 Wagyu broiler meat is delicate and juicy, melting in your mouth. The beef tenderloin is tender and has a rich beef flavour. This set chose black truffle barbecue sauce, black pepper salt sauce and apple barbecue sauce. The black truffle barbecue sauce is fragrant, the black pepper salt sauce carries a hint of spiciness, and the apple barbecue sauce is sweet and sour.
