Hotpot lovers' favorite beef feast

In recent years, I've been making frequent trips to Beijing for beef hotpot. Besides price, I also consider the quality of the beef. However, the travel costs and time involved in the round trip might make it difficult to find a high-quality hotpot restaurant in Hong Kong. This time, I recommend this one; why not give it a try? Firstly, the restaurant is conveniently located in King Wah Centre, near the MTR station in Mong Kok. The spacious ambiance features booths and round tables, perfect for gatherings with family or a large group of friends around the fire. There are also eight soup bases to choose from, and we chose the "Signature Chaoshan Beef Bone Soup." It's recommended to drink two bowls of the beef bone soup before adding any other ingredients. The sweet, beefy broth with a hint of radish and beef brisket was a welcome starter! 😆 The waiter first showed us a large circle of beef, showing us the complete selection of cuts, and then let us choose our favorite cuts before ordering. 😁 So thoughtful, perfect for someone like me who has trouble choosing. The beef rings included danglong, wuhua toe, snowflake, spoon handle, and brisket. 😍 The brisket was my favorite—it was fragrant and refreshing. 😋 The other cuts were delicious and had a strong beef flavor. They looked fresh, and just a few rubs in the beef bone broth were enough to eat. They were tender and smooth. 👍 Besides the main beef, they also have a wide selection of hot pot ingredients (meatballs, vegetables, mushrooms, dumplings, drunken chicken, mussels, clams, squid, oxtail leaves, chicken eggs, instant noodles)—you can help yourself to whatever you like. 😝 I especially enjoyed the seafood platter—there were lobsters, Abalone, giant razor clams, grouper, oysters, and shrimp—all so fresh. Cooked Food (Fried) ~ Must-try recommendations include the fried fermented bean curd chicken wings, salted egg yolk fish skin, and fried Chaoshan beef balls. The typhoon shelter corn is also delicious. There's also a wide selection of drinks, including homemade cold brew tea, milk tea, and all-you-can-drink red and white wine. I love apples, and they have both sparkling and semi-alcoholic drinks 😍 Also, there's a wide selection of ice cream and popsicles 😁 Unfortunately, there were so many options for food and drinks that I couldn't possibly try them all in one visit. I'll have to save that for another time.
