Naminoue Palace

Okinawa Namie Shrine is a shrine with a long history and one of the representative attractions of Okinawa. I would like to share my experience of visiting Namie Shrine. I hope you like it. I got off at Asahibashi Station and walked along the street for about 15 minutes. I saw the big torii of Namie Shrine. This torii was rebuilt after the war. The original torii was bombed during World War II. I walked in from the torii and saw the main hall of Namie Shrine. The architectural style of the main hall is very special, with influences from China, Japan and Southeast Asia, and the colors are also very bright. I first washed my hands in the water house, and then worshipped the gods according to the Japanese ritual. I also threw a 5 yen coin and made a wish, hoping to have a safe and smooth trip. After the worship, I went to the granting office to see what amulets I could buy. I found a super cute school bag amulet. I bought one. The school bag can be opened, and there is a small amulet inside. It is a very interesting souvenir, and it can also be given as a gift to friends. After that, I went to the nearby Naminoue Beach🏖️This is a very beautiful beach with clear water and fine sand🌞In summer, you can play in the water and sunbathe here. In winter, you can also walk on the beach and enjoy the sea view👍🏻I think this is a very suitable place to relax and enjoy nature. Naminoue Shrine is a worthwhile attraction.
