Salford’s multifaceted symbol

At the heart of the Salford Quays project and possibly the catalyst for it lies the iconic Lowry centre named after the city’s most famous son. The centre comprises of 3 separate theatre spaces that have played host to worldwide stage shows, comedians and ballet productions to name just a few. There is of course also. an art gallery dedicated to the matchstick man creator himself, L.S Lowry which is currently hosting a fantastic Queen exhibition based on the global phenomenon musical Six. #voyagevibes
