Sha Tin neighborhood offers great value and generous portions

Today, I went to Sha Tin for dinner with my family. The teppanyaki main menu here for dinner is really cost-effective, affordable prices, and you can have unlimited rice or pasta~ The waiter quickly arranged a seat for us. We started by ordering the "Mushroom Cream Soup," which was rich and smooth. We also ordered the "Crispy Soft Shell Crab" and "Grilled Dried Pufferfish." The soft shell crab was fried to a golden crisp and very tasty; the dried pufferfish was moderately salty and fragrant, making a pretty good snack~ For the main courses, we ordered the "Black Pepper Pork Saddle" and "Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin." The black pepper pork saddle was perfectly pan-fried on the outside, tender on the inside, paired with a rich black pepper sauce, and tasted excellent! The pan-seared beef tenderloin needs no further explanation; the beef was cooked just right, crispy outside and tender inside, served with fries, making it a truly enjoyable meal. For drinks, we also ordered a large cup of "Perfume Lemon Duck Shit Tea." This drink was refreshing and thirst-quenching, especially suitable for summer, and drinking it made us very happy! The portions were generous, and the price was very reasonable.
