Recommended Spots: ✔️ Fangsheng Bridge The first stone arch bridge in Shanghai and the largest five-arch stone bridge in the Jiangnan region. ✔️ North Street Among the nine old streets of the ancient town, all built along the river with over a thousand riverside residences, the famous North Street is also known as "One-Line Street." It is the best-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty architectural street in Shanghai's suburbs. ✔️ Yuanjin Zen Monastery One of the Twelve Scenes of Qinghua Pavilion, it is also called "Niangniang Temple" because it enshrines the Goddess of Mercy. Many notable figures, such as Zheng Banqiao and Xu Qianxue, have visited the monastery to create calligraphy and paintings, leaving behind their artistic traces. ✔️ Kezhi Garden The garden's name, "Kezhi," reflects the concept of "farming and studying," and it is commonly known as the Ma Family Garden. Construction began in 1912, and the entire estate consists of three parts: the hall area, the rockery area, and the garden area, with pavilions, towers, and terraces arranged in picturesque disorder.
