After being introduced by my husband’s friend, I came to the Shiyan (ㄧㄢˋ) Factory in Ximending today for a toothpaste festival. I didn’t know there was this hot pot restaurant in Ximending before. The most impressive thing about this restaurant is the way the vegetables are served. It sells vegetables in test tubes. No wonder it’s called the Experimental Factory [Shiyan Factory]. The name of the store echoes it. It’s super cute. I’ve never seen a hot pot restaurant serve vegetables like this. The boss is very creative 😂😂😂 Its vegetables are very healthy, including my favorite water lilies and mushrooms, which are really healthy❗️❗️❗️We ordered the classic signature peeled pepper soup base, which is not spicy at all and refreshing, with a unique flavor and added ingredients There are enough vegetables for you 😉 The store has its own bar of milk tea, all-you-can-eat sugar-free greens, and smoothies. Of course, you can pick up your own sauces. There are vines on the ceiling, and the interior is decorated with care. This dining experience is very satisfying.
