Dragon Caves & Temple Feels at Wat Ban Tam

#summervacay Explored Wat Ban Tam in Kanchanaburi and it was such a fun surprise! The big draw? A massive dragon sculpture that you can actually walk through like a tunnel, yup, straight into the side of the mountain. Super cool and kinda trippy. Inside, there’s a cave temple with Buddha statues and peaceful vibes all around. It’s not super touristy, which made it even better. I pretty much had the place to myself for most of the time. The climb up isn’t too bad, and the views from the top are actually really nice, lots of green hills and quiet countryside. There’s also a small golden stupa and some shrines scattered around. The dragon itself is insanely photogenic, so definitely bring your camera. And maybe some water, Thailand heat is no joke. If you're anywhere near Kanchanaburi, this place is totally worth checking out. It’s quirky, peaceful, and just the right amount of weird in the best way possible. Loved it!
