Snorkel at Aharen Beach! The coral reefs and tropical fish are unbelievably abundant, and the water is so clear you can see the sand beneath your feet. 3. Try the sea urchin rice bowl! At a small eatery near the fishing port, the freshness is unbeatable. A large bowl costs just 600 yen, and it's so delicious you'll want to lick the bowl clean! We stayed at a seaside guesthouse, where you can wake up to the sunrise and fall asleep to the sound of waves—truly healing.
