🏞️✨ XIV Hakone Palace – A Healing Stay with Private Scenery and Teppanyaki Dinner ✨🍽️ The highlight of this trip to Hakone was undoubtedly the luxurious resort nestled quietly in nature, XIV Hakone Palace (エクシブ箱根離宮). 🪟🌿 What left the deepest impression was the breathtaking view from the room. As soon as I opened the curtains, I was greeted by a stunning panorama of dense forests and mountains, a faintly visible lake in the distance, and the ever-changing colors of the leaves with the seasons. It felt like having my own private retreat in the heart of nature. In the morning, sunlight gently seeped through the misty mountains, and in the evening, the sky beyond the window turned a fiery red as the sunset slowly painted the horizon. Just gazing at these scenes was enough to cleanse my soul. I couldn’t help but think, "How happy would I be if I could wake up to this view every day..." 🍃☁️✨ 🍽️ And then came the much-anticipated teppanyaki dinner (鉄板焼き) 💫. The wagyu steak, meticulously grilled by the chef right in front of me, melted in my mouth, and the course meal, featuring fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables, was simply perfect! The cooking process itself felt like a performance, with the flames and precision captivating both the eyes and the palate. The meal concluded beautifully with warm green tea and a sweet dessert 🍵🍰. 🛏️ A quiet room, stunning views, and a heartfelt meal. A night at XIV Hakone Palace will be remembered as a time that truly soothed my soul beyond words.
