Niku no Mansei, also known as Niku Building, was once a popular spot for otaku, as prices increased the higher you went. It's located at the foot of Mansei Bridge over the Kanda River. On the first floor, there's a ramen shop produced by Mansei. It's a little tucked away, so it takes some courage to get there. The first-floor entrance to Niku Building is decorated with lanterns and other decorations year-round.
