#celebratewithtrip This Viewing deck is located at building name Shibuya 109-2( not the one with many women shop) It located at the Roof of the building and entrance is free upon purchase a drink which cost as low as 500Yen You can even eat Korean BBQ as well . From here you can have a view of the famous Shibuya crossing . There is also chair and table to sit down and enjoy the view .
