They even let you choose the spice level, perfect for someone like me who wants spicy but not too spicy 😆 Old Jar Pickled Fish Numbing, spicy, fresh, and fragrant all in one 😋. Definitely a signature dish. The fish portion is huge and very tender, every bite is super satisfying. The side ingredients include bean sprouts, lettuce stem, sweet potato noodles, and baby cabbage, a must-order dish. Yue Chuan Stir-Fry King The chives are so refreshing, and the ingredients are rich. Stir-fried Cabbage with Pork Lard Crumbs 🥬 The sinful pork lard crumbs stir-fried with vegetables are really delicious 😂. The guilty flavor is especially fragrant 😆 For the main dish, I ordered Old Chengdu Shrimp Fried Rice. It has a great wok hei, each grain is distinct and dry enough, very satisfying 👍🏻
