Back to ancient times, Xi'an covered in snow is truly Chang'an!

😄 I really envy the people of Chang'an a thousand years ago. How beautiful it must have been with authentic ancient architecture covered in heavy snow?! It's said that Xi'an turns into Chang'an once it snows. When visiting the ancient city of Xi'an, how can you experience traditional winter? Of course, by enjoying the beautiful snowy scenery of Xi'an! ❄️ Here are some snow photography spots in Xi'an shared in advance for friends coming from out of town. If you encounter heavy snow, hurry up and snap away!!! 1️⃣ Photo 1: Xi'an Changle Gate. Personally, among Xi'an’s city gates, the East Gate Changle Gate is quite distinctive. This spot is a classic place for climbing and shooting, but I think aerial shots don’t look as good here. 2️⃣ Photo 2: Yongning Gate, an aerial photography spot on Xi'an’s central axis, where you can capture the distant Bell Tower. 3️⃣ Photo 3: City Wall. Aerial shots along the city wall are also very beautiful; vertical shots give a strong sense of depth. 4️⃣ Photo 4: Danfeng Gate. Danfeng Gate of the Daming Palace is an iconic building. The yellow city tower shines brightly in the snowy scenery. 5️⃣ Photo 5: Bell Tower. The Bell Tower in the center of Xi'an city looks like a coin when viewed from above. 6️⃣ Photo 6: Qinglong Temple. Without cherry blossoms, Qinglong Temple returns to tranquility. Aerial shots capture the Yunfeng Pavilion, a Tang-style courtyard. 7️⃣ Photos 7-8: The Big Wild Goose Pagoda during the day and at night gives two different feelings, full of the charm of the Tang Dynasty. 8️⃣ Photo 9: The Tathagata Buddha at the Big Ci’en Temple Ruins Park has a different vibe when photographed on a snowy day.
