Had an off day from touring and spent a night in Malaga. Was a last minute plan so it was a pleasant surprise. Amazing scenery, fantastic beaches, a castle to climb, and a cute Frenchie being his own boss. Food was affordable even around the city centre. A nice shopping stretch near the castle. There was a crowd waiting for some celebrity at the hotel nearby too, dunno who though. And the sun was beautiful.

The path to Alcazaba is like a scene from a fairy tale, with flowers and nature blending harmoniously. Various flowers are in full bloom along the roadside, and the green trees warmly welcome you. Walking slowly along the stone path and admiring the surrounding scenery provides a peaceful healing time. When you reach the top, a magnificent view combined with the fortress awaits you.

Andalusia Tour ~ Malaga We came here as it is a tourist attraction and expected long queues, but there were no queues, you buy your tickets at the machine (very reasonably priced) and there will be staff to help you, the castle is huge so there is plenty space to accommodate all visitors. The view from the top is very beautiful, with a wide view of Malaga, the port and a stunning view of the bullring from the top. This is quite a trek so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and it is recommended to bring water as there are no stops to buy water along the way. The viewpoint in the middle is the best and offers great photos. It was great to explore the castle at the top of the hill - the entrance fee wasn't too expensive and it was an enjoyable visit. In order to visit the King's Trail, we went to Malaga as a stopover during our trip to Spain. Who knew that this city on the Costa del Sol was so beautiful. We really regretted staying only half a day. However, if you want to go fast, half a day is enough🤣 We went to the donut shop we passed by last night early in the morning. It was a colorful shop with many flavors. Being a huge fan of pistachios, of course I bought a pistachio flavor for breakfast. It has a lot of pistachio paste, which goes perfectly with tea and is not too sweet. If you like donuts, you can try different flavors 🍩🤍 We then took a bus to Castillo de Gibralfaro. The entrance fee to this ancient castle is very cheap. Since we saw many castles in Spain, we didn't go in. But why did we go anyway? Because it is located on the mountain, the view of Malaga and the coastline is the most beautiful from here🤍🌊 We went down the slope and walked slowly to the most famous beach - La Malagueta🏖️I love this beach so much! Many people were relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sun and waves. Some people swim or play beach volleyball. Although it is very lively, you can feel that the whole city is full of energy! If I come again next time, I will definitely lie on the beach all day to feel the beauty of the sun and the beach🤍 Although the trip to Malaga was short, I really love this vibrant city🤍Not only does it have super delicious seafood, its weather and beaches are first-class. 🇪🇸Marvelous Malaga🇪🇸 We visit One of the beautiful sights of Málaga~the Castillo de Gibralfaro. The ruins of the castle are located high above the old town. The hill on which the remains of the castle are located is about 135 metres high. It is easy but quite tiring to walk up the steep path along the walls of the Alcazaba, we were literally sweating in the cold going up🥹🤣 ⭐️But The view of the city is already stunning during the ascent and quickly made us forget the effort. I was particularly impressed by the view of the Alcazaba, which didn’t look that big from the street. ⭐️Best part is What a wonderful view of the city! There is the view inland and the mountains in the hinterland. On the other side, you look towards the harbour, the waterfront and the Costa del Sol. How to get there ✅ There are two ways to get to Gibralfaro Castle: by bus or on foot, but if you walk, you almost always have to climb a mountain… 🥲 I took bus number 35 from downtown and got off right in front of Gibralfaro Castle😆 After arriving at Gibralfaro Castle, I bought a combined ticket for Gibralfaro Castle and Alcazaba!
