Last week I went to Kasai Rinkai Aquarium for the first time. It was during the holidays so it was very crowded, but it was fun to see all the different fish. Kasai Rinkai Park is a great place to visit on a nice day. The best time to visit is from May to June in early summer, when the hydrangeas are in full bloom. The vast area is unobstructed by the sunlight, so don't forget to bring a parasol and stay hydrated. It's cool even in summer when you go into the shade of the trees by the river. Kasai Rinkai Park is a great place to visit on a nice day. It's a park with a vast area that you wouldn't believe is in Tokyo. Even if you've never been there, many people have probably seen the Ferris wheel. Mornings are great, but we also recommend going just before dusk when the sun has started to set.
