Cuiyuan No. 18 Mansion is a three-story retro villa located on Shanyue Road. The exterior environment is messy, but the interior is a different world. The dishes should be a modified version of Hunan cuisine, which is suspected of "Cantonese Hunan cuisine" and is somewhat similar to the authentic Hunan cuisine with heavy taste. Four people ordered several hot dishes such as lily fried matsutake mushrooms, blanched prawns, Ningxiang flower pork, stir-fried taro, stir-fried bitter melon with pepper, and baby cabbage in soup. The dim sum is pan-fried pancakes, and the cold dish is pickled radish skin. Several dishes that reflect the chef's wok level, Ningxiang flower pork, stir-fried bitter melon with pepper and dim sum pancakes are too soft and almost have no wok flavor. On the contrary, the stir-fried healthy ingredients of lily and matsutake mushrooms well reflects the fragrance and taste of the ingredients. As a restaurant that specializes in Hunan cuisine, the price of the dishes is a bit expensive, but the dining environment and free fruit plates and snacks are plus points.

The environment is good and the taste is really super delicious. The rice is really delicious. The beef is a recommended dish and it is very delicious. The shrimp tail is so-so. The stir-fried pork with old-style peppers is also okay. The meat in the casserole is also delicious.
