Chishui No.1 Shao is a place that tourists who go to Chishui will go to. We asked the locals and they said that they rarely eat here. They recommended some places that they often eat, which are next to No.1 Shao. But we still chose No.1 Shao. To be honest, the taste is really good. It is not the kind of place that relies on its fame and is not delicious at all, which is designed to cheat tourists from other places. The taste is really good. We all had a great time eating here and felt that it was worth choosing No.1 Shao. It is worth recommending.

I came to Chishui for three days and ate here twice. It was very good. The barbecue is very unique, different from Xichang barbecue, Yunnan barbecue, and Chengdu barbecue. In general, the ingredients are grilled first, and then mixed with Guizhou hot peppers. The tofu in the tofu fish is amazing, and the texture is soft and close to brain flower. The grilled vegetarian dishes are very delicious. We ordered water spinach, which was so delicious that we ordered another serving. The grilled tofu is also great, grilled to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and topped with Guizhou special hot peppers, which is very fragrant. We ordered a lot, about 50 per person.

Chishui No. 1 BBQ is really good, especially the grilled fish and tofu pudding. I booked through Meituan and was already packed when I arrived at 8pm. The owner was incredibly kind and warmly welcomed us despite being busy. The portions were generous and the prices were quite reasonable!

The place was full when I ordered it, the boss couldn't handle it, but the taste was good and very unique.

This street is a food street in the small city of Chishui. Locals prefer to eat barbecue. This restaurant has been here for many years. It is still very popular. Needless to say, the barbecue is good. It is best to have more people sitting on the street, eating, drinking, and chatting. It feels great.

To be honest, it didn't really suit my appetite because I've been avoiding spicy food recently, so the skewers and dishes I ordered didn't have any chili in them, and the taste was really average. The dishes had a smell of fat, which was really hard to swallow. BBQ is quite expensive now, and it costs about 100 yuan per person with some wine. The grilled tofu tasted good, crispy and fragrant, I recommend this dish.
