It is deeply loved by the Dong and Miao people and is regarded as a top-quality food for entertaining guests by the ethnic minorities in Southeast Guizhou. It can relieve inflammation, relieve symptoms, strengthen the stomach and reduce fire, and treat inflammation and colds. The most important base material for Niu Bie Hot Pot is the grass that has not been fully digested in the cow&#39;s stomach.
The production process of &quot;Niu Bie&quot; is complicated.
