The mutton here in Delingha is pretty good, and there are many shops with good reputations. This Lao Yan was recommended by a taxi driver, so I came to try it. There are many small compartments in the shop, and the environment is good. The kang-grilled lamb chops are delicious, and the yogurt is also good.

A very good local home-style restaurant. It is usually full of people during meal time. We asked the owner to introduce us to some of the most popular recommended dishes. The taste is really good, the ingredients are fresh, the portions are large, and the price-performance ratio is very good.

The trip to the northwest finally arrived, and the stopover was Delingha City. Although this place is called a city, it feels like a county town, with good order and old buildings, but it is densely populated.
