This time I went to Heyuan and had authentic Hakka dishes, which tasted very good. My favorites were fried river shrimp with leeks and Hakka braised pork.
When you go to Heyuan, remember to bring Heyuan specialties, the most famous Bauhinia sauce.

这次去河源吃到了正宗的客家菜，味道非常不错，最爱的是韭菜炒河虾，客家红焖肉。去了河源记得带河源特产，最出名的紫荆酱哦。

腌面在这边应该原来会比较好一点，但是送过来的时候有一点干了，所以口感上面还是差了很多啊，还不如炒米粉好吃，不过这边的猪杂汤还有丸子汤都还可以，起码可以解渴。
