Sichuan non-spicy hot pot, good environment and good service

The service is very good. The set menu has a lot of portions and varieties according to the seats. You can basically not finish it. Goose liver, crab, beef, lobster, grouper, snow halibut, sea cucumber, pigeon, scallops, sashimi, stew, dessert and appetizers are all available. I was completely exhausted from work 😫, so I decided to head to Qingcheng Mountain right after get off work on Friday!

Transportation: From Chengdu South to Qingcheng Mountain Station, the bus ticket is about an hour and 20+ RMB (you can also go from Xipu, which takes 20-30 minutes).
Accommodation: This time, I booked a B&amp;B in the back mountains of Qingcheng Mountain [Xiangyin Qingcheng Hot Spring View B&amp;B]. I left at 7 PM on Friday and arrived at Qingcheng Mountain around 8 PM. Note⚠️ Many taxi drivers at the back mountain B&amp;Bs add a surcharge (45 RMB for an 11-kilometer taxi ride, and upon arrival, they told me it was 60 RMB!!). Ask the hotel owner in advance for a driver&#39;s phone number, and they&#39;ll drop you off at your doorstep for 30 RMB.

I didn&#39;t plan to hike this time because I had to work on Sunday!!! On Saturday, I slept in naturally, had breakfast, strolled around, and had a cup of coffee before heading down the mountain to Dujiangyan for fish hotpot for lunch at [Chuanjiang Yufu Main Branch]. Business was brisk, so you had to wait in line for a table. The food was quite good, and it was excellent value for money! The fish was especially fresh! For afternoon tea, I went to [Small House Coffee], a charming and artistic little place recommended by a friend. After a satisfying meal, we leisurely cruised back to Chengdu at 6:00 AM. It was a relaxing and relaxing weekend.

No. 5 of Local Restaurants in Dujiangyan

This should be a decades-old shop in Dujiangyan. Tuqiao Palm Chicken is said to sell chicken, but in fact it is a collection of various home-cooked dishes, including three steamed and nine braised dishes. The old shop is much cleaner and brighter after renovation.
The cold chicken is better than most restaurants. On the contrary, I prefer its sweet braised pork, salty braised pork, and braised pork intestines. What I admire is that the taste of this old shop can still be maintained as before after so many years. It is a rare persistence. I hope that more old shops like this can be preserved.
