We visited Fuding&#39;s 5A Taimu Mountain in spring, stayed overnight in Taimu Mountain Town, and went to the popular online restaurant Anai in Fuding to check in for a meal!
Anai&#39;s location is not difficult to find. It is located on Yuchi South Road in the center of the town. The storefront is luxurious by local standards. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the actual dishes ordered in the open stall. Each dish has a corresponding bamboo stick to represent it for easy pricing. The specialty dishes in the store are recommended pork head, chicken racks, and various small seafood. Paired with good white wine, it&#39;s like being a god!

[Taste] The taste is good. I personally think that the dumplings are better with the dipping sauce.
[Environment] The hygiene is OK, but there are a few grasshoppers on the wall. It may be that the ecological environment in the mountains is too good. I hope there is no such situation in the kitchen.
[Service] The attitude is OK.

The seafood is cooked to order, the portions are generous and the taste is good. It&#39;s a small family run restaurant, so don&#39;t expect too much in terms of service.
